Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or for any reason these products have any flaws, such as snaps failing, stitching coming undone or other issues you may return the unwashed/unworn items within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via our email address: vivien@picklefishproductsnz.com

Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.

 

Nappy Returns:
Due to Hygiene reasons these items cannot be returned to us for a refund unless they have never been used.  So please choose carefully and if you are unsure about the sizing please contact us before purchasing.  NO returns or refunds will be provided for Swim Nappies or Pull-Ups that have been worn or used.

All return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process each return. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed and the refund is issued.
